The inside of tank is pickled and passivated. Surface roughness is ≤0.8um
Brewhouse dish head outside is mirror polished, surface roughness is ≤0.8um
Welding seams between the dish head, cylinder and cone is mirror polished, surface roughness is ≤0.8um
The whole tank of FV and Cooling jacket/steam jacket will be tested by gas, keeping 24hours with 3Bar pressure.

The complete 10BBL beer brewing equipment includes malt miller, 10BBL two vessels or three vessels brewhouse, 10BBL or 20BBL fermenters, glycol tank with chiller, CIP cleaning system, control panel and all related accessories.
