The main body of this craft beer brewery equipment is composed of Mash/Lauter tun and Boiling/ Whirlpool tank, auxiliary machine includes plate heat exchanger, centrifugal pump, control cabinet, pipeline, valves and so on.
This craft beer brewery equipment design uses the advanced German design concept, materials are all SUS304, plank with posco plate, using TIG welding argon arc welding, control adopts Siemens PLC control, valve adopts pneumatic valve, can realize automatic control.

The main configuration of our standard 800L craft beer brewery equipment is as follows:
-Malt miller: 300-500kg/h crushing ability, double rollers, the distance can be adjusted (1pcs)
-Brewhouse: Two vessels 800L brewhouse with accessories （800L mash tun/lauter tank, 800L kettle/whirlpool tank, operation platform, plate heat exchanger, hops filter, pumps, motors, false bottom, oxygen device and all related accessories）(1pcs)
- Fermenters: 800L /1600L fermenters (with all related pipelines and accessories, such as pressure gauge, spunding valve, solenoid valve, cleaning ball, sample valve, racking arm, PVRV, temperature probe and so on) (6pcs depends on your fermenting time and production request)
- Cooling system: Glycol tank + chiller + cooling pump (1set), you can choose the brand of the chiller, for example Copeland, COOLSOON)
- CIP cleaning system: 50L/100L clean in place, two tanks with cleaning pump and control panel on top
- Control panel: It is customzied based on your automatic degree request, we have the PID and PLC touch screen for your choose.
- Other related equipment for support: Kegs, keg filler, keg washer, bottle filling line, air compressor, steam generator, beer filter, water treatment and so on.
