Solve customer problem in time

After the acceptance of the project (within the warranty period), in case of failure that not dues to the buyer’s responsibility happens during the operating of the equipment and systems, the seller should offer the maintaining service after receiving the message from the buyer and supply the parts replacement if needed. If the buyer has technical questions during the equipment operating, the seller also should give clear answer within 48 hours from receiving the buyer’s message.
