Grains handing of micro beer equipment:
Miller:

Mashing system of micro beer equipment:
Brewhouse
Function: Grain mashing, wort filtration, boiling, and whirlpooling.
Component: It is composed of mash tun, lauter tank, kettle, whirlpool, hot water tank, hops back, plate heat exchanger with oxygenation device, wort pump and etc. It is the second part of micro beer brewing equipment.
Types: 2 Vessels brewhouse, 3 Vessels brewhouse, 4 Vessels brewhouse
Heating method: Electric heating, Steam heating, Direct fire heating.
Control method: PLC Screen controller cabinet or PID Instrument Panel.

a. Function: Use for keep wort fermentation or maturation.
b. Component: It is consisted of Shadowless manhole, spunding valve, Aseptic valve, Pressure gauge, Rotate racking arm, Butterfly valve, Solenoid valve and etc.
C. Capacity: effective volume is 100L-30000L, 1BBL-300BBL
d. Cooling method: dimple plate or glycol cooling jacket around tank.
e. Cooling media: glycol water or alcohol water.

a. Function: After fermenting, beer will be stored in BBT for carbonation and serving.
b. Component: It is consisted of Shadowless manhole, Mechnical relief valve, Aseptic valve, Pressure gauge, spunding valve, Butterfly valve, Solenoid valve, carbonation stone and etc.
