1000L Microbrewery equipment
1000L microbrewery equipment brewhouse can make two vessels, three vesses according to the brewer’s needs. Usually the America type is : Mash/lauter tun, boiling kettle/whirlpool. The North America clients prefer this way, as the brewer want to add the hops again in the whirlpool tank. They like use more hops to make beer. Use this type, need add a hot water tank to wash the grains. The other type is Europe type: mash/boiling kettle; lauter/whirlpool tank. This design the advantage is use natural gravity to lauter the wort. Also no need add a hot water tank.
As for the heating method can be steam, electric heating or direct fire heating method. The heating method is according to the client’s actual situation.
Usually the details of 1000L brewhosue as follows:
1. Inner-jacket is 3.0MM, external-jacket is 2.0MM.
Size: 1460X2600mm or custom made.
2. Brew water inlet, SS304, Connection type: fast connection
3. CIP washing equipment, SS304, comprehensive cleaning
4. Mixer motor: motor power: 1.5 KW The infinite gear motor
5. Spot lamp, used for tank lighting
6. With glass manhole, for better watch when make beer.
7. With level gauge, observe the liquild level in the tank samples can be taken from the level base.
8. Thermometer: the iron shell metal thermometer, temperature of the tank used for observation, accuracy of plus or minus 0.1 degrees.
9. Vinasse outlet, stainless steel 304, lees outdoor size is 430x330mm
10. Sieve plate: Sieve plate, laser cutting T-wires, plate gap: 0.8mm; material is SUS 304. This sieve plate is made on a complete stainless steel by CNC lathe, it is strong, filter fast and leak no any grist
11. Wort collecting pipe.

The cooling jacket usually have two ways, channel jacket or dimple jacket, the better way is use dimple jacket, our tanks use dimple jacket for better cooling effect.
The manhole location can be put in the top or near bottom, consider the cooling effect, the top manhole is the best way. If use side manhole, our manhole is shadow less manhole, better for clean, have no dead cone.
Cooling way: Glycol water belt or miller plate;
Cooling media: glycol water or alcohol water.
