Production Standard of 500L micro beer brewing equipment:

1. The inside of tank is pickled and passivated. Surface roughness is ≤0.8um

2. Brewhouse dish head outside is mirror polished, surface roughness is ≤0.8um

3. Welding seams between the dish head, cylinder and cone is mirror polished, surface roughness is ≤0.8um

4. The whole tank of FV and Cooling jacket/steam jacket will be tested by gas, keeping 24hours with 3Bar pressure. 

Installation & training of 500L micro beer brewing equipment:

-The seller will send engineer to install the brewery equipment in buyer’s local.

-The buyer is responsible for finding a translator locally for easy understanding.

-The buyer should provide food, room and tickets.

-The seller will be responsible for the visa cost (only one time).

-The service period is about 25days, including assemble the brewery and training the operator, the buyer will be charged USD100 per day for each engineer’s service.

Service & Guarantee of 500L micro beer brewing equipment:

- Provide beer production technology and brewing formula, equipment design, installation and debugging, and personnel training service;

- Providing 3D and CAD layout drawing within 5working days after get buyer’s building plan.

- Provide 3years complete warranty for tanks body and life-time maintenance service; All of the accessories and auxuliaries facilities are guaranteed for one year;
