600L Craft beer brewery equipment
The main configuration of our standard 600L craft beer brewery equipment is as follows:
-Malt miller: 300-500kg/h crushing ability, double rollers, the distance can be adjusted (1pcs)
-Brewhouse: Two vessels 600L brewhouse with accessories （600L mash tun/lauter tank, 600L kettle/whirlpool tank, operation platform, plate heat exchanger, hops filter, pumps, motors, false bottom, oxygen device and all related accessories）(1pcs)
- Fermenters: 600L /1200L fermenters (with all related pipelines and accessories, such as pressure gauge, spunding valve, solenoid valve, cleaning ball, sample valve, racking arm, PVRV, temperature probe and so on) (6pcs depends on your fermenting time and production request)
- Cooling system: Glycol tank + chiller + cooling pump (1set), you can choose the brand of the chiller, for example Copeland, COOLSOON)
- CIP cleaning system: 50L/100L clean in place, two tanks with cleaning pump and control panel on top
- Control panel: It is customzied based on your automatic degree request, we have the PID and PLC touch screen for your choose.
- Other related equipment for support: Kegs, keg filler, keg washer, bottle filling line, air compressor, steam generator, beer filter, water treatment and so on.
