Active Carbon Filter: FRP tank with shell activated carton, Mainly remove chroma,abnormal flavor and Biological organisms of the water, to decrease the chlorine percentage and other contaminant which been polluted by pesticide or other harmful material.
Water softening system: Scale inhibitor(1:10) or Filled in cationic resin,which mainly remove calcium and magnesium ions of the water. Usually it can soften around 20CBM water, After this 20CBM, We need to reproduce cationic resin to soften the following water.

Process flow of water treatment:
(Original water tank)→water pump→Quartz Sand Filter→Active Carbon Filter→Water softening system→Micro filter→Booster Pump→RO Membrane system→(Pure water tank)
System Description of water treatment:
1. Quartz Sand Filter: FRP tank with Quartz Sand, Mainly remove harmful material from original wanter which bigger than 20um,like sand,iron,rust,colloids,suspended solids,etc. To enable the pollution index lower than 2.

4. Micro filter: This device can further purify water before coming into the RO device,which can optimize the water’s turbidity and chroma,to meet the water condition requested by the RO device.
5. Booster Pump: Adopt vertical stainless steel Multi-stage pump, enable water to come into the RO device after been pressurized.
6. RO Membrane system: With excellent desalination function and outstanding high temperature resistance ,high chemical washing resistance. Which can completely get rid of the harmful bacteria,virus,heavy metal ions,chemical pollutants,etc.
7. High pressure vessel: Made of stainless steel.
8. Control system: Main engine perform the following functions:
1) Under self operation,it can stop booster pump by force when meet water in short by testing the water pressure before the booster pump.
2) Washing membrane automatically whenever start the machine.
3) Show water flow of pure and turbid water.
4) Show pure water conductivity.
5) Show pressure before and back of the membrane.
6) Adjust the recycling rates of pure water.
